A few beautiful wooden steps and a small balcony leads into the front door. The front door opens up into an indoor braai room, which in turn connects to the rest of the house through sliding doors. As you walk through the sliding doors you are greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen and living room, which draws your attention straight ahead to the distant views of Jeffreys Bay. The double volume ceilings in the living room adds an even greater sense of freedom and space, and you have to physically tilt your head upwards to see its peak. Big sliding doors at the front of the room draws you outside onto the balcony.

Outside, you are struck by the magnitude of distance. You can see Cape St Francis point, Jeffreys Bay, and everything in between. At night, you are able to see the lighthouse. To the right, mountains and more distance. At this point you realize that everything around you is lush and green and that there are some buck grazing right below. The balcony is roofed and extends around to the guest and master bedroom.

Back inside, a small hallway leads to a comfortable guest bathroom with a large bath and shower. Across the hallway is the first bedroom with its own sliding doors opening onto the main balcony. At the end of the hallway to the left is the second bedroom room, which can also be used as a study. This room has its own private balcony with views of the other side of the nature reserve. To the right of the hall way is the master bedroom. This is a spacious open plan bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead onto the main balcony as well. The bathroom has two basins and a shower. All of the bedrooms have built-in cupboards.

The kitchen is modern and open plan with the stove located on an island.

Downstairs is a big double garage with electric roll up doors and lots of storage space. One garage door is much higher, which will allow for boat storage. Outside, and under the house is lots of storage space for a trailer and a caravan and any other toys one might keep. There are also two large water tanks.

This home is well maintained and perfect to move in right away. The levies include the exterior maintenance of the property.

Florence is the perfect place to find solace away from the city rush but still close enough the stay in the loop. Jeffreys Bay is only 25 minutes away and the Bay West Mall near Port Elizabeth is also only 25 mins away. Free roaming wildlife adds the cherry on top.
